You’ll make a difference by: Responsible for performing Closing & Reporting and Fixed Asset accounting activities for Siemens Business Units. Ensure process accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed with HUB AC and Business Units. Collaborate closely with Business Units/Divisions during month-end closing activities and coordinate with the HUB AC team to resolve pending actions. Handle internal and external inquiries accurately and within agreed timelines. Support and execute month-end closing activities in accordance with business requirements. Meet performance targets and service expectations agreed with customers. Provide guidance and support to team members, assist in completing assigned responsibilities, and deliver training when required. Your success is grounded Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in accounting processes related to Closing & Reporting and Fixed Assets will have an added advantage Possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Reconciliations, Closing & Reporting, or Fixed Asset Accounting using ERP systems such as SAP or Spiridon. Graduate in Finance/Accounting with good knowledge of Closing & Reporting (C&R) and Fixed Assets (FA) processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges while maximizing improvement opportunities. Flexibility to work in night shifts or early morning shifts, as business requirements demand.
