You will be joining the Finance Transformation Deliver Centre, which is a global deliver centre for Finance Transformation.
  


Roles & Responsibilities: 
The Test Specialist is responsible for performing end-to-end testing activities including test case preparation & execution, validations, evidence preparation, defect creation, and documentation of test management system.


Core responsibility
•    Prepare test cases based on scope finalized by process team
•    Execute INT test cases in the target system using appropriate transaction codes and validate posting status
•    Validate finance document details against configuration mapping documentation (company code, GL accounts, tax codes, cost center, profitability analysis, etc.)
•    Perform primary and/or secondary validation (cross-check) to ensure 100% accuracy of test results
•    Coordinate with teams to obtain evidence for multiple project scenarios
•    Prepare evidence in Excel and Word formats and upload to test management system
•    Create defects in test management system with detailed information, screenshots, and mapping references
•    Track defect resolution and retest after fixes are deployed to test environment
•    Perform specialized testing where required: compliance testing, smoke testing, or direct integration/interface testing
Key Activities:
•    Test case plan ownership and JIRA loading prior to test readiness sign-off
•    Configuration mapping validation during test execution
•    INT test case execution and result validation
•    Evidence preparation and JIRA upload
•    Defect creation, tracking, and retesting
•    Specialized testing (compliance, smoke, direct integration) as needed


Required Experience: 
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Business/Accounting or corresponding experience 
•    3-5 Years of testing experience
•    3+ Years SAP S4HANA application experience in one/ or many of these areas: ERP implementations in SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAPMDG
•    JIRA proficiency (test case plan management, test case execution, defect tracking, evidence upload)
•    Excel/Word documentation skills (evidence preparation, screenshot capture)
•    Understanding of configuration mapping and data flow validation
•    Coordination skills for working with integration teams, test leads, and IT support
•    Prior experience in transport and logistics sector is an advantage
