Experience: 10+ Years Qualification: MBA (Finance), CA, CMA, CFA, Master’s in Finance/Economics/Commerce, or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities * Lead financial planning, budgeting, and financial management activities for urban infrastructure and development projects.
* Develop and review financial models, investment plans, business plans, and project feasibility studies.
* Conduct cost-benefit analysis, financial viability assessments, and risk analysis for infrastructure projects.
* Support preparation of DPRs, PPP frameworks, funding proposals, and investment strategies.
* Analyze project revenues, expenditures, and cash flow forecasts.
* Advise on municipal finance, public finance, and innovative financing mechanisms.
* Coordinate with government agencies, financial institutions, investors, and development partners.
* Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and funding guidelines.
* Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for project stakeholders.
* Support project monitoring, financial performance evaluation, and audit processes.
Required Experience * Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, or financial consulting.
* Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis.
* Experience working on urban development, smart city, transportation, infrastructure, or government projects.
* Knowledge of PPP projects, municipal finance, and infrastructure funding mechanisms.
* Experience with multilateral funding agencies, government authorities, or development organizations is preferred.
* Strong analytical, financial reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
