How you’ll make an impact:



  • Identifies new suppliers in Europe in cooperation with relevant category team. Identify additional reliable suppliers from Low Countries in Asia to provide an alternative to SCM.



  • RFI process (template to be provided by SCM) to gather suppliers information and analyses supplier competences. Update Supplier Base in SCM Templates and Sharepoint (Templates and Sharepoint access to be provided by SCM).



  • Gathers and interprets relevant data (cost, quality, demand patterns, etc.) and provides



  • analytical support. Develops and communicates periodic trend and performance reports on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.



  • RFQ through the Tool Project Procure according to required technical specification, price, delivery schedule and terms to be delivered by SCM/PM/Tender.



  • Preparing RFQ in Project procure and sending to selected supplier as per the SCM and Categories managers feedback. Following up the RFQ status with the suppliers to ensure the offers are received in the due date.



  • Ensure that the offer received by the suppliers include all the requested information.



  • Analysis of the offers and evaluate the best option considering not only prices but other terms and conditions.



  • Prepare an offer comparison as per the templates available in SCM (templates to be provided by us). Include the offer data in Project Procure.



  • As per SCM request, manage the RFP process through e-action. Shall have expertise on managing e-auction tools and process.



  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:



  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, with  4 - 7 Years Experience in SCM.



  • Individual contributor using in-depth knowledge in a specific area to execute complex or specialized projects / challenges often thinking independently to challenge traditional solutions.



  • Excellent in Excel in order to prepare templates, Macros etc. Excellent in Power-Bi in order to prepare Reports for the SCM Team.



  • Medium knowledge in negotiation for small, medium size material. Knowledge on Category Management CIPS methodology.



  • Comprehensive knowledge of related disciplines in the organization. Works independently, applying established standards.



  • Dynamic and Proactive, willing to grow in the organization. Team player, ready to play the role across the different countries.



  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
