You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business Stakeholders, to shape products from concept to launch while ensuring exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end product design initiatives from discovery and research through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, testing, and implementation.
Create intuitive user flows, information architecture, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to define product requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements.
Translate business objectives and customer needs into impactful design solutions with measurable outcomes.
Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components to ensure consistency across products.
Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback effectively.
Work with development teams during implementation to ensure pixel-perfect execution and design quality.
Continuously improve product experiences through data-driven insights, experimentation, and iterative design practices.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital product design.
Must-Have Skills Strong expertise in Product Design with a portfolio demonstrating impactful digital product experiences.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Experience designing complex web and mobile applications across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in creating wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and interaction design principles.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in agile product environments.
Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience using modern design and prototyping tools and working with design systems.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience working on consumer-facing or enterprise SaaS products.
Familiarity with user research methodologies and data-informed design decisions.
