What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP SAP,BI  systems atleast 4-5 years
• Customer order booking & sharing delivery commitment considering process & RM lead time .
• Preparation of daily machine wise production plan in ERP system
• Release a  Process job cards , Route card processes to  Machines as per schedules
• Obtain Daily output information (number of finished products against plan  etc.)
• Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders
• Preparation of material requirement plan based on LOB
• Daily basis monitor OEE,OTIF and throughput .
• Chase the concerned departments to deliver parts according to the plan
• Preparation of material requirement sheet according to the bill of material(BOM) & sharing on monthly basis to purchase.

You have:

• University graduate (Mechanical, Automobile.);
• Good knowledge of any ERP- SAP preferred & MS -Office,BI
• English level at least Medium level and proficient user of Microsoft Office suite;
• Ability to understand production process ,cycle time , estimate product takt time, work to deadlines, and orientation towards problem-solving;
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and results;
• Able to communicate effectively with people from production, sales and back office levels.
• To be an dedicated and organized person, eager to learn and improve continuously.
