BGSW is looking for an experienced Program Manager – Digital & AI to lead strategic AI and digital transformation programs across business, and corporate functions. In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution, collaborate with global stakeholders, and enable the successful delivery of enterprise AI initiatives that create measurable business impact.

You will play a key role in translating AI strategy into execution by bringing together business leaders, engineering teams, and technology partners to deliver innovative, scalable, and responsible AI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic AI, and Digital Transformation programs across multiple business units.

  
  

• Define program roadmaps, execution plans, milestones, governance, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.

  
  

• Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases.

  
  

• Coordinate cross-functional teams comprising AI engineers, data scientists, software developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

  
  

• Drive program governance, risk management, dependency tracking, budgeting, and executive reporting.

  
  

• Ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives while maintaining quality, scalability, security, and compliance standards.

  
  

• Collaborate with AI platform, cloud, cybersecurity, and data teams to enable successful solution deployment.

  
  

• Drive adoption of Agile delivery practices and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  
  

• Monitor emerging AI trends and support the adoption of new technologies that enhance business value.

  
  

Educational qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  
  

Experience :

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation, Software Engineering, Data & AI, or Technology Consulting.

  
  

• Proven experience managing large, cross-functional technology or digital transformation programs in global organizations.

  
  

• Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms.

  
  

• Experience delivering cloud-based digital solutions using Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.

  
  

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.

  
  

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent program management certifications.

  
  

• Experience leading enterprise AI or digital transformation initiatives.

  
  

• Exposure to AI governance, Responsible AI, MLOps, or enterprise AI platforms.

  
  

• Experience working with globally distributed engineering and business teams.

  
  

• Strong business consulting mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
