Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) is a service for third-party sellers that enables fast and efficient delivery to customers. FBA allows sellers to outsource warehousing, payment processing, delivery returns, and customer service to Amazon. We're seeking a dynamic Program Manager to drive transformative improvements in our India FBA operations. In this high-impact role you will spearhead initiatives to enhance seller experience and optimize supply chain efficiency.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with:
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated program or project management capabilities
• An ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• A talent for quickly identifying and addressing customer pain points
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Key job responsibilities
1. Design, standardize and implement innovative processes across multiple business functions
2. Performs quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities and deploy tactical initiatives
3. Work with product or tech teams to scope out and drive tech changes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, product managers, and finance partners to drive program goals
5. Drive business profitability through end to end ownership of the program
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Experience effectively communicating complex concepts through written and verbal communication
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Experience managing inventory in warehousing, retail or distribution setting
- Experience in driving seller facing defect reduction programs
