The Role


As a Project Control Specialist I with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. 


  • Carry out the following activities under the guidance of senior staff : 
    • Preparation/updation of Project Schedules consisting of Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
    • Preparation/updation of progress 'S' curves for reporting progress to Client/Management.  
    • Prepare and update deliverable schedules , critical activity report etc.
    • Monitor and Control to meet the 'Project Management ' requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Recovery Plans etc.                                                               

About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


  • Bachelor of Engineering is required.
  • 1 to 5 Years is required.
  • Experience in Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of projects in Process Industry in the field of Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemicals/ Fertilizers / Chemical Plant from 'Concept to Commissioning Stage'.  
  • Hands on experience in Primavera  P6. Working knowledge of MS Project would be an added advantage. Expertise in MS Office.
  • Familiar with Design, Procurement Discipline deliverables and task work metrics and construction / field services work flow processes.

Other Qualifications: 


  • Following experience would be added advantage:
    • Exposure to construction planning work is desirable.
    • Exposure to FEED schedules.
    • Exposure to Professional Services Costing.
