Your responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end Project Cost Controlling across the full project lifecycle (start-up execution, and close-out), ensuring accurate budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and P&L visibility for all customer projects. Ensure successful project execution together with technical PM of large EPF and EPC projects according to thyssenkrupp nucera standards and governance from ITB to end of warranty period by meeting the defined projects targets
  • Support the controlling function in booking of AP invoices, AR invoices, responsible for managing the accounts payables and accounts receivables
  • provide necessary, timely and accurate data and ensuring support for timely conduct of statutory audit for India as well as Group consolidation.
  • Follow-up on customer payments (advance / milestone / final), Coordinate with PSM, execution & finance, Support invoicing (proforma, tax invoice, etc.)
  • Preparing LC documentation, High Sea Sales documentations, such other documentation, regulatory and internal as may be required for smooth execution of contract.
  • Interacting and developing professional relationship with customers and vendors and being point of contact for their queries and communications in relation to commercial topics.
  • Preparation of project portfolio reports with Project Performance KPI’s and the deviations therein to management with action plans including lesson learned as alignment with stakeholders.
  • Timely identifying the risk and mitigation measures in projects aligned with the stakeholder and reporting to the management.



Your profile

Professional Experience


  • At least 5 years of professional experience in negotiating and executing EPF and EPC contracts.
  • University degree in business administration or commerce or equivalent
  • Experience with various system and tools for project controlling namely Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Advanced Excel, BI etc
  • Drive and able to work under high pressure while still meeting highest level of results
  • Excellent English language skills (additional language is an advantage)

Personal Qualities


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and being a team-player
  • Highly motivated and energized to achieve top performance continuously with collaboration
  • High degree of solution orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
  • High degree in customer and shareholder value orientation
