If you have 3–4 years of experience working with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, and other IT tools, and enjoy leveraging technology to solve problems, this could be the perfect fit for you. Your new role – challenging and future-oriented • MIS Reporting: Prepare, automate, and maintain management information system reports. • Power BI Dashboards: Design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards for business insights. • Advanced Excel: Utilize pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas for data analysis and reporting. • Data Management: Collect, clean, and structure large datasets to support decision-making. • SharePoint Administration: Manage document libraries, workflows, and team collaboration spaces. • Learning Platforms: Support technical aspects of learning platforms; prior experience is an advantage. • Operational Efficiency: Support the Dept Head with day to day operation with organizing meetings/workshops taking end to end responsibility of execution • Audio/Video Content Management: Edit and upload learning videos and internal communications. We don’t need superheroes, just super minds: • Strong proficiency in Power BI and Excel (including advanced functions). • Experience with SharePoint administration and collaboration tools. • Familiarity with IT tools and eagerness to adopt new technologies. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Ability to use IT tools to edit modify audio/video of learning resources • Educational Background • MBA in Systems/IT or BCA with MBA.
