We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DBO Buyer to join our Supply Chain team at FLS Bawal. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely procurement of buyout materials, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting uninterrupted production through effective material planning and vendor management.

Raise and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for DBO materials based on production and planning requirements.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to avoid material shortages.
Monitor supplier performance with respect to delivery, quality, and responsiveness.
Expedite critical materials to support production schedules.
Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock.
Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, shortages, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
Update procurement data accurately in the ERP/SAP system. Support supplier development and identify alternate sources when required.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual terms, and company procedures. Prepare and share procurement reports, material status updates, and KPI dashboards.
2–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, vendor coordination, and purchase order management.
Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.are and share procurement reports, material status updates, and KPI dashboards.
