We are seeking talented, self-motivated and experienced Quality Engineering (QE) lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance initiatives. In this role, you will be a key member of the Quality Assurance team  with focus on test strategy, test plan, test automation, test tools, AI-driven testing methodologies, CI/CD integration, enterprise grade system validation and release management for leading edge security products on API Management & Observability used by many of the world’s largest companies. 

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E (Experience : 15+ years)

AI Expertise:

• You are an expert in using AI Code assist tools (Claude/Cursor etc) as Coworkers and not as prompt engineers.

  
  

• Good understanding of AI Spec driven development methodologies like Plan/BMAD mode etc and use it thoroughly, to map out and implement all phases of SDLC.

  
  

• Understand Context Engineering & Token Optimization techniques and create/maintain reusable skills, contexts across multiple teams and repos.

  
  

• Understand Agent Orchestration, manage multi-agent workflows to handle complex, multi-step engineering tasks like new capabilities, codebase refactoring, upgrades, and vulnerability patching.

  
  

• Code Review & Quality Control: Critically review AI-generated code for architectural alignment, design, and performance bottlenecks.

  
  

Required Skills:

• Seasoned in Test Automation frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, TestNG

  
  

• Experience with REST API Testing

  
  

• Experienced in Cloud & Virtual Appliance Test Execution Platforms 

  
  

• Exposed to CI/CD Integration with Jenkins

  
  

• Experienced with automated Integration Testing & System Validation

  
  

• Experienced in Test data generation, Data Validation & Reconciliation Testing

  
  

• Experience in managing Product release hardening & rollout

  
  

• Expertise in AI-assisted tools for quality engineering solutions

  
  

• Proven experience in leading Agile QA Test & Automation strategy

  
  

• Expertise in working with project management tools Ex. JIRA/Rally & Test Management Tools Ex.Testrail/qTest or similar

  
  

• Experience in defect management, reporting, and quality governance.

  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality engineering responsibilities  for enterprise grade software products in Agile delivery teams.

  
  

• Drive test strategy, planning, execution, tools, automation, and release readiness activities

  
  

• Implement AI-driven testing approaches for test & data generation,  prioritization, defect analysis, and quality insights.

  
  

• Monitor/govern the test automation that includes API testing, Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, Java, and REST APIs.

  
  

• Manage test execution on cloud-based and virtual appliance platforms 

  
  

• Validate complex system integrations, enterprise data flows, and downstream business impacts.

  
  

• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish continuous quality gates.

  
  

• Monitor quality metrics, risks, defect trends, and production readiness.

  
  

• Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

  
  

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive continuous quality improvements.
