Attracting candidates through various channels like Databases, Vendors, Social media, Employee Referral, Job portals, Ad postings etc. • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting Tech groups in internet, Placement Department in Colleges, Training Institutions etc., • Create & maintain a pipeline of Candidates for the open positions. • Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers • Reviewing resumes and screening candidates • Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. • Hands on experience with various selection processes (Virtual / Direct / Telephonic ) • Work as a SPOC between client, stake holders etc., for all hiring needs • Maintain & update reports on a regular basis. • Adherence to TAT / SLA with client for hiring. • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that best practice recruitment guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment process. • Must have managed hiring for Ramps, Batch wise hiring’s. • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
