Job Description:
 Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with recruiters to facilitate the recruiting process


  • Interact directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers in coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process


  • Create interview itineraries, facilitate travel, and coordinate debrief meetings with interview teams. Attend recruiting meetings as requested for specific hiring needs


  • Monitor the applicant tracking system and provide candidate management support to ensure quality data is maintained and compliance requirements are met


  • Source candidates and review resumes when necessary


  • Post external job descriptions to select job boards and various career sites


  • Prepare and send correspondence to candidates during the recruitment process


  • Support the candidate background check process, as needed


  • Schedule, coordinate, and assist with planning efforts for various meetings, programs, and events


  • Work on Ad hoc projects, as assigned


Qualifications


  • Bachelors’ Degree required


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to communicate with all levels within the firm


  • Experience with recruiting systems/tools (e.g.Taleo, Linkedin) preferred


  • Strong organizational skills; able to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, commitment to producing accurate work in a timely manner


  • Ability to work collaboratively on teams and on an individual level


  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
