Lead daily fixed income pricing controls and deliver high-integrity global bond price reference data.


As a Pricing Team Lead within Instrument, Pricing & Common Reference Data, you provide daily global asset pricing services and ensure data integrity across multiple business lines. You capture and validate bond prices, analyze market movements, and partner with vendors and technology teams to resolve issues and minimize risk. You lead execution in a fast-paced environment through strong analytical rigor, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management.



Job Responsibilities :



•    Capture and validate daily third-party bond prices against multiple market sources and investigate movements versus news and expectations.
•    Liaise with pricing vendors to resolve data quality issues, reduce operational risk, and ensure timely, accurate pricing delivery.
•    Monitor pricing workflows and batch jobs for successful completion and coordinate with technology teams to remediate incidents and escalate when required.
•    Prepare and distribute daily pricing and market impact summaries, including relevant market news and key drivers.
•    Generate month-end index rebalance and composition reporting by tracking new issuance, auctions, and buy-back activity.
•    Produce and analyze daily and monthly valuation movements within client portfolios, completing controls and reporting accurately and on time.
•    Proactively respond to client queries, participate in monthly client meetings, present findings, and drive continuous improvements and ad-hoc project delivery.



Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities :



•    5+ years of experience in fixed income roles with team management experience and understanding of stocks, bonds, options, and financial markets
•    Knowledge of corporate actions, index benchmarking, equity markets, and fixed income products, with experience using Bloomberg and Reuters for pricing
•    Advanced MS Excel capability including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, with strong numerical, analytical, and data quality skills
•    Ability to work accurately under pressure with clear communication across teams, strong ownership, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment



Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities :



•    Experience with additional pricing and analytics platforms such as FactSet and ICE Data
•    Advanced degree or professional certification in finance, mathematics, or a related discipline
•    Familiarity with automation tools or programming languages such as Python or VBA to enhance controls and workflows
•    Demonstrated delivery of process optimization or technology integration initiatives within financial services
