A Payroll Professional is responsible forCalculating and disbursing Full & final settlement Payments to Separated employees including Income Tax calculation as per Indian Regulatory.



Ensuring timely payment of Final settlement in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.

  • Responsible for Full and final settlement Validation activity and Payment Processing activity.
  • Managing Full and Final settlement Process & Recovery process separated employees.
  • Leading on all Full and final settlement activities and find solutions for any differences to ensure a balanced outcome.
  • Based on business experience and knowledge, making best practice recommendations to improve processes and streamline the delivery of payroll services.
  • Ensuring that the Recovery process is fully executed as per the agreed schedule.
  • Handling of separated employees query including tax calculations.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Strong Knowledge of SAP HRMS payroll Process with end to end payroll processing activities.
  • Good understanding of Payroll & statutory deductions.
  • Good HR Accounting skills to track and close accounting open items.
  • Good IT skills including experience of working with excel, visio and Success Factor
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good workload management skills and an ability to work to deadlines



Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Employees in this specialty possess expertise in the end-to-end payroll process and offboarding activities for Success Factor and SAP HRMS, specifically tailored to the Indian context. They guide best practices, provide support for recovery queries and escalations, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, they design and implement new solutions to enhance results and productivity.
  • They also recognize risk areas and develop corresponding mitigation strategies for any special handling or deviations from the standard process.
