What You Know 

• 10+ years of software development experience with at least 7+ years on the Salesforce platform.

• Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, including solution design, development, deployment, and support.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Define and enforce architecture standards, development best practices, security guidelines, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Drive code reviews, performance optimization, DevOps adoption, and CI/CD implementation.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II OR,
• Salesforce Application Architect / System Architect OR,
• Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer OR,
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred

What You Will Do

• Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce DX.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar middleware technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data architecture, and platform governance.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementation and transformation Preferred Experience

• Retail, E-Commercedomain experience.
• Exposure to Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, and modern DevOps practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
