An Ideal Candidate:

Knowledge of sampling procedures and quality assurance practices.

Understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO standards, or relevant quality systems.

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Basic knowledge of testing and inspection processes.

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications.

B.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or related field)

Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.

Key Competencies:

• Collect samples from production sites, warehouses, vendors, or customer locations as per approved sampling plans.
• Ensure proper labeling, identification, storage, and transportation of samples.
• Perform routine sampling of raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, water, chemicals, or environmental samples as applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of sampling activities and documentation.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC laboratories for sample submission and testing.
• Monitor sample integrity and prevent contamination during collection and handling.
• Prepare sampling reports and update relevant records in the quality management system.
• Support internal audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Report non-conformities and deviations to the QA team.
