Support OpenText Vendor Invoice Management including invoice processing, OCR integration, workflow approvals, document management, exception handling, archive integration, and ECC FI/MM integration.
Provide L1.5/ L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.
Handle Service Requests and standard changes.
Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
Support deployment activities and transport management.
Coordinate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.
Ensure compliance with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
Support testing activities including Unit Testing (UT), SIT, and UAT.
