We are looking for a skilled Security Engineer to join the TensAI platform team. The Security Engineer will be responsible for implementing and strengthening security controls across the platform, identifying vulnerabilities, driving remediation, and ensuring the platform remains secure, reliable, and compliant. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain security controls for the AI platform. • Identify security gaps, vulnerabilities, and risks across applications, infrastructure, APIs, and integrations. • Work closely with engineering and platform teams to drive security fixes and remediation. • Perform security assessments, vulnerability reviews, and risk analysis. • Ensure secure configuration of systems, services, and environments. • Support security monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis. • Help establish and enforce secure development and deployment practices. • Review access controls, secrets management, and data protection mechanisms. • Maintain security documentation, standards, and operational procedures. • Support compliance and audit requirements related to platform security. Required Skills and Experience: • 5 to 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, application security, platform security, or infrastructure security. • Strong understanding of security fundamentals, including access management, network security, encryption, and vulnerability management. • Experience in identifying and fixing security issues in enterprise platforms or applications. • Knowledge of secure development practices and security testing approaches. • Experience working with cloud environments, APIs, and modern application platforms. • Familiarity with security tools for scanning, monitoring, and incident investigation. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. • Good communication skills and the ability to clearly explain risks and remediation actions.
