We are currently seeking a Senior Analyst Engineer II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Senior Analyst Engineer II at ICON, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and enhancing engineering processes and systems to support our innovative projects and operational objectives. You will contribute to advancing our engineering capabilities through sophisticated analysis, solution development, and cross-functional collaboration.


What You Will Be Doing:


  • Conducting in-depth analyses of engineering systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborating with project teams to design and implement engineering solutions that align with organizational goals and technical requirements.
  • Overseeing the development and validation of engineering models and simulations to ensure they meet accuracy and performance standards.
  • Providing expert recommendations based on data analysis to optimize engineering practices and drive project success.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to integrate best practices into engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Implement and maintain database objects, queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and application support activities.
  • Work with cloud-based solutions and contribute to deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Significant experience in engineering analysis and systems optimization, with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools, with experience in managing technical projects and implementing solutions.
  • .NET Full-Stack Developer with the following technical skills

Required Technical Skills


  • Strong experience in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API.
  • Experience with front-end development using Angular and/or React.
  • Good understanding of Entity Framework and ORM concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle RDBMS.
  • Experience in designing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
  • Experience with source control and version management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, TFS, or other SCM tools.
  • Understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and application architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
