- Design Leadership: Define and oversee architectural concepts, ensuring alignment with luxury standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory codes.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with developers, structural engineers, façade consultants, MEP specialists, contractors, and interior designers to harmonize priorities.
- Digital Integration: Champion BIM, digital twin, and cloud collaboration platforms for seamless multi-disciplinary execution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure design excellence, craftsmanship, and compliance with global best practices in safety and luxury.
- Innovation & Sustainability: Incorporate smart home technologies, green building strategies, and future-ready design solutions.
- Client Engagement: Translate high-profile customer expectations into bespoke design features and curated amenities.
