YOUR NEXT ROLE As our Senior QE Automation & Load/Scale Engineer, you’ll be at the center of building the high‑performance testing systems that power Acclaro’s global AI-enabled platforms.
This is a hands‑on, impact-heavy technical role where you’ll design intelligent automation, engineer systems for massive scale, and ensure our platforms stay fast, reliable, and resilient as they support customers around the world.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Build and evolve AI‑augmented test automation suites that accelerate creation, maintenance, and execution of tests.
Develop robust, scalable end‑to‑end automation frameworks for web apps, APIs, and microservices.
Design and execute advanced load, stress, and performance tests to ensure the platform scales reliably across global regions.
Validate LLM and RAG‑driven features with targeted methodologies that measure accuracy, reliability, and output quality.
Implement automated gates within CI/CD pipelines to strengthen continuous delivery and engineering efficiency.
Use APM and observability tools to monitor system performance, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Continuously streamline workflows by automating repetitive tasks and optimizing processes for team-wide impact.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU Have 6+ years of hands‑on QE experience with deep expertise in frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
Hold a bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional or military experience Bring strong performance engineering experience using tools such as JMeter, Locust, or K6.
Are AI‑native and already use AI tools to support coding, test generation, data creation, or analysis.
Are comfortable navigating .
NET, Python, SQL, microservices, and queueing systems like RabbitMQ.
