Take a leading role in migrating LogicMonitor's datacenter applications to AWS cloud environments and establishing scalable, production-grade infrastructure. Drive the adoption of cloud-native architectures, support AI/ML workload enablement, and help the team build the foundational infrastructure for AI-related initiatives. Collaborate with developers and data teams to ensure operational excellence across hybrid and cloud-native environments. Manage a global network of hybrid cloud computing services. Provide guidance in organizing, securing and automating our systems. Work with developers to drive operational improvements within our platform and increase our reliability. 

FedRamp Applicants: LogicMonitor intends to operate our platform in a FedRamp compliant manner. The goal is to expand our customer base and uplift the security in general for all customers. 

Here's a closer look at this key role:

• Maintain uptime of LogicMonitor's SaaS based service and drive technical/process enhancements to improve uptime

  
  

• Design, Migrate deploy new infrastructures from Datacenter to AWS Cloud

  
  

• Write code to automate various aspects of infrastructure maintenance and and deployments

  
  

• Support Development and work closely with developers to drive operational and architecture/design changes

  
  

• Own, manage, and execute large and technically complex projects across teams

  
  

• Lead by example in providing good documentation and thorough Runbooks

  
  

• FedRamp Applicants: Uplift our platform to be FedRamp compliant, Ensure security of the production environment

  
  

• 6+ years hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, MSK CloudFormation/Terraform)

  
  

• Experience with datacenter-to-cloud migration methodologies (re-host, re-platform, re-architect)

  
  

• Virtualisation and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

  
  

• Programming and scripting (python/shell/go)

  
  

• Networking fundamentals — VPN, Direct Connect, DNS, load balancing for hybrid cloud connectivity

  
  

• Service Oriented Architecture and High Availability systems

  
  

• FedRamp Applicants: Strong knowledge of security requirements as related to linux systems, applications, and networking
