Role Summary:-

We are seeking a skilled React Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in building modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications. The role will primarily focus on React.js frontend development, reusable UI components, API integration, state management, performance optimization, and quality delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, frontend testing, and integration with backend services. The candidate should also havepracticalunderstanding of Node.js to support API integration, basic backend development, and full-stack troubleshooting whenrequired.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development – React.js

• Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React.js.

  
  

• Build reusable UI components using component-driven development practices.

  
  

• Work with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools.

  
  

• Implementapplicationstate management using Redux, Context API, or similar libraries.

  
  

• Convert UI/UX designs into functional and user-friendly web pages.

  
  

• Consume REST APIs using Fetch, Axios, or equivalent libraries.

  
  

• Handle API response mapping, loading states, error handling, validation, and retry scenarios.

  
  

• Integrate frontend applications with authentication mechanisms such as JWT or OAuth2.

  
  

• Improve application performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and browser compatibility.

  
  

• Debug and resolve UI defects, integration issues, and frontend performance problems.

  
  

Node.js & Backend Understanding

• Work with Node.js for basic backend development and API integration support.

  
  

• Understand REST API design, request/response handling, routing, middleware, and error handling.

  
  

• Collaborate with backend teams to understand API contracts and integration requirements.

  
  

• Support troubleshooting of frontend and backend integration issues across environments.

  
  

• Exposure to Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks will be an added advantage.

  
  

Testing & Code Quality

• Write unit and integration test cases for React components and application flows.

  
  

• Use testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or equivalent.

  
  

• Follow coding standards, linting, formatting, and code review practices.

  
  

• Participate in defect analysis, root cause identification, and quality improvements.

  
  

DevOps & Collaboration

• Work with Git-based source control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.

  
  

• Understand CI/CD pipeline basics using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar tools.

  
  

• Support build, deployment, and environment troubleshooting for frontend applications.

  
  

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA engineers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality features.

  
  

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 3–5 years of software development experience withstrongfocus on React.js frontend development.

  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

  
  

• Experience inbuilding responsive, accessible, and high-performing web applications.

  
  

• Good understanding of React hooks,componentlifecycle, state management, and reusablecomponentpatterns.

  
  

• Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.

  
  

• Working knowledge of Node.js and backend API concepts.

  
  

• Experience with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.

  
  

• Good understanding of secure coding, performance optimization, accessibility, and browser compatibility.

  
  

• Experience with Git-based source control and agile delivery practices.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:-

• Exposure to Node.js frameworks such as Express.js orNestJS.

  
  

• Experience with Next.js will be an added advantage.

  
  

• Familiarity with UIcomponentlibraries, design systems, or micro-frontend concepts.

  
  

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

  
  

• Experience working in enterprise, finance, healthcare, or insurance domain applications.
