We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Analyst Applications (Senior Lead Developer Architect) to join our Applications Development & Intelligence Automation -CAT IT Division Bangalore Team.
The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore PSN Office, KA-India
What you will do
A Development Lead/Architect drives technical strategy, designs scalable software systems, and mentors engineering teams. They bridge high-level architecture with hands-on coding, ensuring code quality, security, and performance standards. Key responsibilities include creating technical blueprints, leading development, conducting code reviews, and aligning initiatives with business goals.

Experience: 8+ years in software development, with 5+ years in lead/architect roles
