- Coach product teams on agile practices to drive delivery discipline and predictability. Provide 1:1 role-based coaching for Product Owners and other team members to strengthen agile maturity.
- Apply coaching methodologies to support cross-functional product teams in improving collaboration, enhancing delivery cadence, and achieving outcomes aligned with product goals.
- Facilitate team-level ceremonies (e.g., planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration, alignment, and dependency management.
- Coordinate with other teams to manage cross-team dependencies and maintain alignment. Escalate blockers to senior coaches or leadership as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Support teams in improving performance through ongoing inspection of team practices and adoption of new approaches.
- Work with teams to define and develop objectives and key results (OKRs) aligned with enterprise and value stream priorities; assist in tracking progress through performance dashboards.
- Guide teams to leverage flow and outcome metrics effectively to inform improvement; support development of targeted coaching plans to enhance team performance and maturity.
- Contribute as a member of the Center of Excellence by adopting standards, sharing learnings, and supporting continuous evolution of the operating model.
- Partner with Product Owners to build and maintain a strong backlog aligned with product strategy and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support team needs and maintain alignment with product goals.
- Reinforce team understanding of how their work contributes to product and value stream OKRs.
Must have:
- 9–10 years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach, working with agile teams in a scaled environment.
- Good knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) with experience in agile delivery practices and ability to reinforce strong team habits.
- Ability to coach teams using supportive and adaptive techniques to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with agile tooling (e.g., Jira, SPM) and applying best practices for team-level adoption.
- Exposure to OKR development and outcome-based performance tracking.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and technology delivery.
- Familiarity with product platform constructs preferred.
- Working knowledge of engineering practices such as test automation, CI/CD, and DevOps.
- Good facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain alignment and transparency across teams and stakeholders.
