We are looking for a strong tech personality that will lead our IT Mobility Product Development team of approx. 40+ highly motivated tech enthusiasts forming ‘Mercedes-Benz Tech India’ team at MBRDI; a part of the global IT tech network (‘Home of Tech’) in ITH. In order to accelerate our ambitions as Mercedes-Benz Tech India you will be looking at the following challenges ahead of you:
We specialize in developing & maintaining Mobility products such as Credit Platform, Credit Risk Digital which offer scoring solutions for individuals and businesses. We are also specialized in Customer-facing solutions such as Customer Portal for both AAP & EUR markets. We specialize in creating data-driven, customer-centric financial and mobility solutions, ensuring innovation and excellence in every aspect of our work. Our goal is to drive seamless integration and optimal performance, ensuring the overall customer experience. We also development and manage different products in Mercedes-Benz Automotive Mobility space.
Key Skills :
Should have expertise in Software Engineering, with experience in product development, implementation, and support. Should have handled large and complex transformational programs with cross-functional teams, across different geographies.
Capable of excellent people management skills, ability to build and lead highly engaged and motivated teams.
Proficient in conducting appraisals, giving timely feedback and ensuring zero gaps in people management.
Responsible for complete end-to-end management for the assigned project(s)/ program which include project planning, delivery, risk management, client interaction, trouble shooting and tracking utilization for the team.
Experience in driving digitalization projects/topics using metrics/KPIs for data driven decisions
Contribute to Innovation through topics adding value to Business involving trending topics such as GenAI
Cross-cultural awareness, empathy, active driver of diversity & inclusion
Managing teams and budget (IT, participate in Operative Planning, Project Planning, Rotation plan)
Resolve complex problems of department wide operations.
Define and Establish functional procedure and policies (QMS)
Ensure that the company defined compliance guidelines are practiced in the area of responsibility
Recruitment – Program Manager and below
Establishing and building a solid & sustainable business relationship within MB, MBRDI, & suppliers.
You will be a great fit if you have the following skills..
• Should have worked in Agile Development teams with a good exposure to Scrum/Kanban and DevOps methodologies.
• Strong IT Application Program Management skills required; PMI or equivalent certification / relevant experience preferred.
• 5+ years of working experience as a program manager in the information technology.
• Proven experience structuring frameworks/approaches to complex problem-solving experience in LEAN processes is strongly preferred.
• Experience working successfully in large, complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (English) are a must. German Language skills will be an added advantage
• Proficient in use of standard office software and reporting applications
• Advanced MS Office skills specifically with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in enterprise application Architecture, Design, and Development using wide range of technologies such as .Net, .Net Core, Java, Springboot, Microservices, APIs, DevSecOps, Azure, SQL Server or Oracle, Git and other tools and technologies.
