We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to help design, build, and scale backend systems supporting mission-critical financial and tokenization infrastructure.

You will work on distributed systems, APIs, blockchain integrations, tokenization workflows, permissions frameworks, operational tooling, and enterprise-grade backend infrastructure used by millions of users globally.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable systems, and working in a fast-paced environment alongside high-performing global teams.

Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs in Node.js

  
  

• Develop reliable infrastructure components supporting high-availability systems

  
  

• Improve system scalability, performance, and operational resilience

  
  

• Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making

  
  

Blockchain Infrastructure

• Work on integrations with blockchain networks and digital asset infrastructure

  
  

• Support systems related to token operations, permissions, transaction workflows, and operational controls

  
  

• Contribute to internal tooling and platform reliability improvements

  
  

• Help maintain secure and scalable infrastructure standards

  
  

Platform Scalability & Reliability

• Improve observability, monitoring, and operational tooling

  
  

• Support deployment workflows and infrastructure automation

  
  

• Collaborate on performance optimization and system reliability initiatives

  
  

• Contribute to technical documentation and engineering best practices

  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams

Core Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering

  
  

• Strong hands-on Node.js expertise - this is the primary stack

  
  

• Experience building scalable backend systems and APIs

  
  

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure

  
  

• Experience with databases, asynchronous systems, and microservices architectures

  
  

• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems

  
  

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

  
  

• Experience working in fast-paced engineering environments

  
  

• Experience with financial infrastructure or fintech platforms

  
  

• Familiarity with Ethereum and EVM-compatible ecosystems

  
  

• Understanding of token standards and blockchain transaction workflows

  
  

• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling

  
  

• Excellent English communication skills - mandatory

  
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with token standards such as ERC-1400, permissions frameworks, transfer restriction mechanisms, and multi-signature workflows

  
  

• Experience with tokenization platforms, custody providers, or institutional fintech infrastructure

  
  

• Familiarity with compliance tooling (KYC/AML integrations, whitelisting frameworks)

  
  

• Experience working in lean, remote-first engineering teams
