Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in supply planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Hands-on experience with MRP systems
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, planning methodologies, and best practices
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance outcomes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering against targets
Drive end-to-end supply planning for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with customer demand and project timelines
Execute supplier allocations based on customer schedules, supplier capacity, contractual agreements, and inventory positions
Analyze item-level demand versus capacity to identify and proactively mitigate supply risks
Develop and manage ramp-up and ramp-down plans for new product introductions (NPI)
Provide early risk visibility to Delivery Managers and lead supplier recovery plans to mitigate delays, liquidated damages, or penalties
Own vendor performance metrics, with a focus on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD)
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for vendors, coordinating cross-functionally with Procurement, Sourcing, NPI, and Logistics teams
Establish and maintain robust communication protocols across the value chain to ensure transparency and proactive issue resolution
Lead weekly supplier reviews covering purchase orders, raw materials, forecasts, quality, and logistics updates
Participate in and contribute to supplier QBRs, driving continuous improvement and partnership effectiveness
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy
Support the testing, adoption, and scaling of Anaplan to strengthen planning system capabilities
Prepare and present reports and insights on supply planning performance and risks
