Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field

  
  
  

• Minimum 8 years of experience in supply planning, preferably within a manufacturing environment

  
  
  

• Hands-on experience with MRP systems

  
  
  

• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, planning methodologies, and best practices

  
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis

  
  
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance outcomes

  
  
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

  
  
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  
  
  

• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset

  
  
  

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams

  
  
  

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering against targets

  
  
  

• Drive end-to-end supply planning for assigned commodities, ensuring alignment with customer demand and project timelines

  
  
  

• Execute supplier allocations based on customer schedules, supplier capacity, contractual agreements, and inventory positions

  
  
  

• Analyze item-level demand versus capacity to identify and proactively mitigate supply risks

  
  
  

• Develop and manage ramp-up and ramp-down plans for new product introductions (NPI)

  
  
  

• Provide early risk visibility to Delivery Managers and lead supplier recovery plans to mitigate delays, liquidated damages, or penalties

  
  
  

• Own vendor performance metrics, with a focus on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD)

  
  
  

• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for vendors, coordinating cross-functionally with Procurement, Sourcing, NPI, and Logistics teams

  
  
  

• Establish and maintain robust communication protocols across the value chain to ensure transparency and proactive issue resolution

  
  
  

• Lead weekly supplier reviews covering purchase orders, raw materials, forecasts, quality, and logistics updates

  
  
  

• Participate in and contribute to supplier QBRs, driving continuous improvement and partnership effectiveness

  
  
  

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy

  
  
  

• Support the testing, adoption, and scaling of Anaplan to strengthen planning system capabilities

  
  
  

• Prepare and present reports and insights on supply planning performance and risks
