Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer eager to start or build their career in cybersecurity. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 3-5 years of experience in technical support, networking, system administration, or IT.
In this role, you’ll work directly with Qualys customers and partners to troubleshoot issues, provide technical assistance, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with our cloud-based security products.
