Overview Roles & Responsibilities: • Design original pieces and generate ideas to portray concepts for: o Media banner ads o Social media creatives o Web banners o Vector icons o Complex infographics o GIFs, video frames o Brochures, flyers & print collaterals o Assists in creating pitch decks • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts thorough understanding of: o Theory of Visual Design o Design principles o Typography o Shadows & Highlights o Composition & Scale o Color Theory Responsibilities Required: • An eye for detail o Able to troubleshoot issues in execution o Review junior designers’ work to ensure high quality • Communication o Interacts with the client POC. Able to communicate with the client verbally and through emails • Feedback o Able to effectively give feedback to juniors and receive and implement feedback from managers, clients, and peers o Actively listening and understanding the tasks at hand • Team handling o Individual contributor but aware of basic workflows o Mentor junior designers • Collaboration o Limited to managers and seniors only
