Job description
The Role :
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform aligned with enterprise standards
  • Lead development across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture
  • Drive platform enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives
  • Provide advanced scripting expertise (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, etc.)
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security, and governance standards
  • Support incident resolution and production stability across the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-wide solutions
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and standards

What you'll bring



  • Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • ServiceNow Development & Administration
    • ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change)
    • Service Catalog & Workflows
    • Integration Hub / APIs
  • Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
  • Experience with:
    • CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
    • Flow Designer / Automation
    • Integration technologies (REST, SOAP)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator / Implementation Specialist
  • Experience with GenAI / AI integrations on ServiceNow
  • Experience with enterprise-wide platform governance
  • Exposure to multi-domain or domain separation environments
