Job Description:



This role is responsible for utilizing deep product knowledge to handle complex requirements and esnure service master data setup is accurate for sales rediness. Manage all complex issues with priority to create seemless experience with customer. The role collaborates with internal teams and beyond to ensure quality across processes for exceptional sales support.



Responsibilities:



  • Provides day to day support for new product setup end to end in S4 system and other required systems for other activites including cost and pricing.
  • Prepare and maintain the prdouct setup master.
  • Manage customer esclations or quries effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate documentation to support overall service operations.
  • Communicate effectively to the stakeholders on the product setup managemnet.
  • Support service product master data reporting.
  • Demonstrates expertise in resolving highly complex issues and proactively supports external-facing stakeholdres in delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Performs in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues in service master data.
  • Collaborates with other departments and support groups to resolve routine to moderately complex issues, fostering effective teamwork and innovative solutions.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to lower-level support coordinators, offering training, mentoring, and support to help them excel in their roles.
  • Monitors quality assurance processes to ensure that all meet established standards and exceed customer expectations.

Education and Experience:



  • High school diploma and university graduate.
  • Typically has 3+ years of related working experience in material master data setup and preferably familiar with SAP.
