Job Summary


We are looking for a Site Engineer – IR Projects with hands-on experience in HVAC/Industrial Refrigeration (IR) project execution. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, site execution, coordination, installation supervision, and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Execute and monitor HVAC/Industrial Refrigeration (IR) projects at site.
  • Prepare and track project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor manpower deployment and material availability at site.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during project execution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
  • Support project documentation, billing, and closure activities.

Required Qualifications


  • Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or Industrial Refrigeration project execution.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Project Planning & Scheduling
    • Site Execution & Coordination
    • Installation & Commissioning Activities
    • Resource Planning
    • Contractor Management
    • Project Documentation

Preferred Skills


  • Experience in Industrial Refrigeration, Cold Storage, Process Cooling, Chillers, or HVAC Projects.
  • Good understanding of project management principles and site safety practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple project activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
