  • Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS SAM) and CI/CD practices

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver iteratively in Agile/Scrum

  • Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and comfort working through ambiguity

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with AI/ML pipelines, model integration, and/or MLOps

  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to improve delivery and code quality

  • Prior experience in the legal domain or building solutions for legal/compliance stakeholders

  • Experience with Python data libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and/or PySpark

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

  • A growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning

  • Collaborate effectively with teams across different geographies and time zones

What You Will Work On

As a Full Stack Software Engineer III, you will:

  • Collaborate in architecture and design sessions; contribute to technical direction and solution design.

  • Design, build, and maintain cloud-native REST APIs in Python using FastAPI; write and maintain API contracts and documentation in Confluence.

  • Build and evolve front-end experiences using React with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and strong HTML/CSS fundamentals.

  • Develop data services and integrations using SQL, PostgreSQL, and platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake (e.g., batch and event-driven patterns).

  • Build and operate applications on AWS, applying infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform / CloudFormation) and modern deployment patterns.

  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub) and participate in peer code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.

  • Partner with product and stakeholders to break down work into clear stories, estimates, and executable tasks.

  • Raise the engineering bar through testing, observability, and secure coding practices; help troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

  • Mentor junior engineers through pairing, constructive reviews, and pragmatic guidance.
