Job Description: Test Automation Engineer (3–4 Years)

Role Overview


We are looking for a skilled and passionate Test Automation Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver / Playwright  and  Tosca, along with experience in building scalable automation solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using:
    • Selenium WebDriver (Java) / Playwright (TypeScript/Java)
    • Tosca (Model-Based Automation)
  • Build and enhance automation frameworks such as POM, Data-Driven, Hybrid, and BDD (for Selenium/Playwright-based solutions)
  • Develop and execute Tosca test cases (model-based approach) for UI and API automation
  • Execute automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects with root cause analysis
  • Integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
  • Perform API testing using Rest Assured, Postman, and Tosca API capabilities
  • Validate backend data using SQL queries
  • Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Maintain automation code using TestNG, Maven, and Git
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues to improve test stability and coverage

Good to Have Skills


  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts with Python
  • Python scripting basics
  • Experience with Tosca distributed execution (DEX) or CI integration
