About this Role
  • Act as the primary testing expert for assigned applications within projects or programmes.
  • Define, review, and assure the quality of test approaches, scenarios, test cases, regression scope, and overall testing concepts.
  • Collaborate with developers, technical architects, product owners, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Support test teams and release management with effort estimation, capacity planning, environment readiness, deployment validation, and test data requirements.
  • Identify and communicate software quality risks, ensuring alignment between testing strategy and business impact.
  • Review test results, regression outcomes, and quality documentation, including audit-relevant artefacts where required.
  • Support defect management by resolving escalations, clarifying issues, and ensuring proper root cause analysis and workaround identification.
  • Contribute to quality approvals by providing domain and technical insights prior to go-live decisions.
  • Coach and support testing teams and business stakeholders on application knowledge and effective testing practices.
  • Ensure application knowledge is documented, retained, and shared across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes by identifying efficiencies and promoting best practices.
  • Provide input on automation strategies, non-functional testing, and framework enhancements.


What you’ll do
  • An experienced testing professional with 8–14 years of experience in software quality assurance.
  • Skilled in designing and reviewing comprehensive test strategies and frameworks.
  • Comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders across technical and business domains.
  • Knowledgeable in risk-based testing, defect management, and quality governance processes.
  • Able to communicate complex issues clearly and support resolution in a structured way.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and enhancing testing practices.
  • Familiar with test automation and non-functional testing concepts and improvements.
