Description and Requirements
As a Senior Solutions & Services Sales Executive, you will drive growth for Lenovo’s SSG portfolio by identifying, shaping, and closing complex enterprise opportunities. You will engage with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to position outcome-based solutions across Truscale, managed services, AI solutions, and security offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth for SSG solutions across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Identify, develop, and close large, complex deals across Truscale IaaS/DaaS, Managed Services, AI solutions, ThinkShield security, and Asset Recovery Services (ARS)
- Build and execute territory and account-level go-to-market (GTM) strategies
- Partner with Lenovo account teams and channel ecosystem to create joint value propositions
- Establish and scale“as-a-Service” models, including financing and subscription-based solutions
- Build and maintain CXO-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to customers
- Lead cross-functional deal teams to drive opportunities through the pipeline and ensure closure
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance using MS Dynamics and reporting tools
Skills & ExperienceMust-Have- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or services sales
- Proven track record of delivering multi-million-dollar revenue targets
- Strong understanding of IT managed services, cloud/“as-a-Service” models, and solution selling
- Experience working across direct and indirect (channel/partner) sales models
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to engage senior business and IT leaders
Good-to-Have- Experience with Truscale, AI solutions, or security offerings (ThinkShield/Core software)
- MBA or advanced degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business
- Exposure to subscription-based or consumption-based sales models
- Experience in large, matrixed global organizations
