As a Sr Application Eng Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the application engineering team. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of Application Engineers working in Dynamo & Asset Performance Management applications.
  • Delegate various tasks to the team members
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and create development plans for team members.
  • Promote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with GTAC and Development team to deliver solution in timely manner.
  • Actively drive Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) within the team
  • Monthly Reporting.

Qualifications:

YOU MUST HAVE


  • Bachelor’s degree master’s degree in engineering

You Must Have


  • 10–12+ years of experience in Honeywell Advanced Application like Alarm Management and Asset Performance Management
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
  • Hands-on experience with customer-facing engineering roles.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
