Performance, Reliability Security � Optimize application performance through profiling and tuning. � Implement resilient designs including retry mechanisms, circuit breakers, and caching. � Ensure secure coding practices aligned with enterprise security guidelines. � Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues. 5. DevOps Automation � Build and maintain CICD pipelines for automated deployments. � Develop automated unit, integration, and regression tests. � Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering best practices. � Support infrastructure automation and deployment standardization. 6. Engineering Standards Governance � Follow enterprise architecture principles and coding standards. � Produce technical documentation and design artifacts. � Ensure compliance with banking security and audit requirements. � Contribute to reusable frameworks and engineering accelerators. 7. Collaboration Capability Building � Work closely with architects, product owners, QA teams, and DevOps engineers. � Participate in design discussions and technical decision-making. � Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering teams.
