An Ideal Candidate:

• An Ideal candidate should have a 15–25 years of experience in QMS, QC, NPD, quaity related work.

Key Competencies:

• - Lead and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System to ensure consistent compliance with internal and external requirements
• - Direct Quality Control activities to ensure products and processes meet defined specifications, standards, and customer requirements at all relevant stages
• - Coordinate quality aspects of New Product Development to ensure quality planning, risk assessment, and validation are integrated into all development phases
• - Establish, review, and refine standard operating procedures, work instructions, and documentation to support robust and auditable quality practices
• - Monitor quality performance indicators, analyze trends, and initiate corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues and prevent recurrence
• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality concerns and improve process capability and reliability
• - Prepare and support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and evidence of compliance with applicable standards
