Job Description

• Create a roadmap for driving lean digital transformation and process improvement for the client’s core and enterprise operations • Create Point of Views and Art of the Possible by assessing operations from the lens of Digital, Analytics and Process Re-engineering/re-imagination • Lead digital led transformation Projects for the business, individually complete 2-3 high impact projects per year per guidelines for certification • Program management – involving cross-functional teams and multiple project leads for timely delivery of results • Lead and Implement business process management system for new clients • Drive Lean Digital Transformation DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and productivity initiatives that come up • Coach & Mentor Project Owners and Team Members in DMAIC and Lean projects • Partner with operating teams in delivering key SLAs, productivity commitments, risk mitigation, etc. • Establish a governance framework and steer continuous improvement conversations with clients/internal partner • Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline workflows; • Lead and manage a team of automation professionals to ensure successful project delivery; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and drive transformation initiatives; • Evaluate and select appropriate automation technologies to meet business requirements; • Monitor and optimize automated processes to maximize efficiency and minimize errors; • Provide technical expertise and guidance on automation best practices; • Communicate with senior management to report on automation performance and ROI.
