  • Collaborate with Product Management, Quality Engineering, and other development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation for software designs and implemented features.
  • Build applications that run across Windows and Linux platforms while adhering to security best practices.
  • Contribute to code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and continuously improve engineering practices.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, code reviews, and productivity improvements where applicable.
  • Work on enterprise-class solutions serving customers with demanding scalability, availability, and security requirements.

What you will need to succeed:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 6+ years of software development experience.
  • Strong programming experience in C/C++ and Java.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and design patterns.
  • Experience developing large-scale, distributed enterprise applications.
  • Experience building applications for Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts and security considerations for LAN/WAN-based applications.
  • Experience with standard software development tools, including source control, IDEs, build tools, and unit testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of software engineering best practices and the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional engineering team.
Nice-to-have Skills
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools for code generation and code reviews.
  • Experience developing applications on UNIX platforms such as Solaris, HP-UX, or AIX.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data protection, backup, or disaster recovery solutions.
