• Provides DTCC with an in-depth overview of strategic sourcing.
• Leads and manages the S2C process for DTCC.

• Manages SOW in SAP Fieldglass and Oracle Procurement • Develops a negotiation strategy that delivers against business objectives and achieves sustainable relationships with suppliers.
• Establishes Strategic Sourcing guidelines governance framework to collaborate with Legal and QA in order to create and maintain Sourcing templates.
• Develops goals for cost management, supplier management including supplier diversity, and process improvements.
• Enables savings and cost avoidance targets through driving opportunities for synergy and economies of scale.

Qualifications for Sourcing Managers ( Oracle & FieldGlass) • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Supply Management, or Business Administration, or in a related discipline AND • 10+ years of Strategic Sourcing experience Preferred: • Concentration in Professional Services, including HR, Legal, etc.
Experience working in E-Sourcing tool, Oracle iProcurement.
• Experience of working with Vendor Managed Systems (VMS) e.
g. (Fieldglass etc.
) Oracle Licenses / Certifications Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) certification preferred.
