Job Description: Staff Firmware Engineer


  • 3-5 years of experience in embedded networking, protocol testing, and firmware validation.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one communication technology: 802.15, Wi-Fi, 802.11, LTE, or Bluetooth.
  • Good understanding of IP communication protocols such as IPv4 and IPv6.
  • Hands-on experience in Python-based automation; C# knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Strong debugging skills across L2, L3, and Linux environments.
  • Experience in embedded firmware verification and integration testing on target hardware.
  • Familiarity with source code management tools such as Git, SVN, or Perforce.
  • Experience using network debugging tools like Wireshark.
  • Good working knowledge of embedded Linux environments.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have


  • Experience with Smart Metering systems and products.
  • Experience with ADS.
  • CCNA or CCNP certification.
  • Experience in developing or improving automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled developer or test tools to improve validation efficiency and reporting
