Key Responsibilities:
- Lead supply chain planning and strategy for Modular Data Center projects executed from India.
- Coordinate between Prefab LoB and OG/IG suppliers.
- Prepare accurate demand forecasts using Kinaxis or similar planning tools.
- Align forecasts with distribution centres and third-party vendors.
- Work with Tendering and Purchasing teams to review forecasts and project needs.
- Coordinate with LV panel builders, cooling systems, FSS vendors, and other suppliers.
- Analyze supplier capacity, capability, and performance.
- Manage procurement activities through Oracle and track IG equipment delivery.
Required Skills:
- Supply Chain Planning — for project-based material and equipment planning.
- Demand Forecasting — to align requirements with supplier and DC availability.
- Kinaxis / Planning Tools — for forecast accuracy and planning visibility.
- Oracle Procurement — for PO management and equipment tracking.
- Supplier Management — for IG/OG supplier coordination and escalation handling.
Preferred Skills:
- Modular Data Center project exposure.
- Experience with LV panels, cooling systems, and FSS vendors.
- Supplier development and capacity analysis experience.
Work Experience Requirements: Typical: 5–8 years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement planning, vendor coordination, or project supply chain management. Experience in modular infrastructure, data centers, electrical systems, or industrial project environments is preferred.
Education: Minimum: Typical B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
Preferred: MBA / PG Diploma in Supply Chain or Operations
Additional: Certification in Supply Chain, Procurement, Kinaxis, or Oracle preferred
