Scope:


  • As an EDI Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless exchange of business-critical data between our organization and customers.


  • You'll troubleshoot EDI transactions, perform SQL-based data analysis, resolve production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep business operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do:


  • Monitor and support daily EDI production operations.


  • Investigate and resolve EDI transaction failures within SLA.


  • Perform SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.


  • Monitor application alerts and production queues.


  • Collaborate with development teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.


  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding incidents and resolutions.


What we are looking for:


  • Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support role and related technologies.


  • Ready to work on 24/7 shift (rotational shift)


  • Resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.


  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.


  • Minimize recurring production issues through effective root cause analysis.


  • Deliver accurate SQL analysis and data validation.


  • Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.


  • Maintain high-quality documentation.
