Finance is a Global team tasked with supporting Finance processing requests across various regions.


Our team is comprised of members supporting and providing support to the Finance Team and business across from various regions.

Job responsibilities


Senior Tax Specialist position in CGSC US Tax process is the role to prepare & support various US Direct tax compliance activities.


  • Prepare U.S. corporate income tax returns (Form 1120) for parent and subsidiary entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IRS regulations.


  • Perform quarterly tax provision calculations, including book-to-tax adjustments and accruals for multiple legal entities.


  • Prepare international tax forms including Forms 5471 (Controlled Foreign Corporations), 8858 (Foreign disregarded entities), and 8865 (Controlled Foreign Partnerships) for global operations.


  • Prepare Earnings & Profits (E&P) workpapers for international entities to support tax compliance and reporting requirements.


  • Prepare and file federal income tax extensions for corporations and partnerships within prescribed timelines.


  • Utilize OneSource Income Tax software for tax return preparation, data management, and compliance processes.


 Business & Teamwork


  • Working with team and clients to ensure delivery as per agreed timelines.


  • Publishing performance dashboards and required tax specific reporting.


  • Ensure proactive controls in place to highlight issues before they are picked up by business.


  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of accounting flows tax framework to support the process.


Principal Accountabilities: Key activities


  • Ensure 100% service delivery and adherence to all Key Control Activities.


  • Ensure the basic process documentation is completed for all the activities.

  • Graduates with US Tax background with 2 – 5 years of experience.


  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with business stakeholders.


  • An excellent attention to detail.


  • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.


  • Position requires strong analytical skills, ability to multi-task, and proficiency in the use of tax software like OneSource.


  • Ability to research and understand principles of U.S. tax law.


  • Should have demonstrated the ability to drive results.
